Firstly, Scottish bank notes weren’t accepted, they are legal tender for goodness sake!!!!Secondly the toilets are a filthy disgrace. I will not be back .

Me and my friend ordered refreshers and not only was there a long wait but my friends drink was given to another person and then she was told that they were out of the syrup for her drink.

Service was fine but coffee was absolutely horrible. Probably 3rd worst coffee I’ve ever had. My friend and I both got coffees, myself a cappuccino and her a latte. Both tasted literally burnt and bitter. My large was literally only half full when I received it. Not a good day for costa. Go to one of the other places in borough or around this area.
