Great food made in front of guests. Beer very good. The waiter was very nice and liked Poles. The service was a bit confusing, not everyone got their order. The floor was a bit sticky and the boards on the walls had burrs. The Polish woman is very nice. I recommend the fries.
We went to Borough Market but there were so many people that we left to eat. I had read about Honest Burgers but had never tried it. We ordered the Truffle burger and it was fantastic. We were 4 people and we ordered different meat points and they got them all right. The fries that came with the burger were also truffled and were spectacular. Recommendable.

Excellent burgers, very good coleslow, delicious fries, the waitress very nice, but the usher arrogant and not very pleasant. He made us wait 10 minutes while he spoke with someone even though there were plenty of free tables.
