I've ordered my morning coffee from this Costa every day for two years and the staff are some of the loveliest people around. The managers are both so friendly and polite, and you can see this positive energy radiate through the other members of staff - THIS is how a coffee shop should be run. They remember my order which I've never encountered before in central London, even when I've been a regular. Plus the coffee is great.

It's always a pleasure to come to this Costa coffee, Sunday we went and Vincent and habiba helped us with the choice and they were super nice and professional.\\nIt's definitely my favourite Costa in London.
