Great staff however the manager is probably worst I've ever seen in customer service. The only time I saw her smile was when she saw a dog.\\nPerhaps if she likes dogs more than people - career change would be a great idea.\\nI feel pity for her staff as they're always looking panicked as she bosses them around. racist to asians. asked them politely in my normal voice if I could get a croissant. Lady responded looking mad and annoyed:”u have to speak louder!!!!!!”Don’t know what the customer did to receive such service.
