Got given a great table with a fabulous view of the London eye. Sophie was so helpful ran through all the offers including 2 for 1 cocktails until 10pm….dangerous! and some great food combos that worked well for our group. Great atmosphere will definitely be back for another celebration.

we when here today new year’s eve at 12.30 in the afternoon. only about 5 tables of people as they where preparing for the evening. BUT we where still paying customers and deserve good service . the bar chap was lovely and very good however he was the only working member of staff ! our server put food on table and walked off not asking who’s dish was who’s , also did not return to ask if we needed any condiments or ask if meal was ok it was not ok burnt food and then even worse plates not cleared and the tables around us where left not cleared .restaurant was a mess !! i found a manager and explained to her our problem , she had no words she just looked at me and said sorry . all not good enough we spent £80 and had very bad food and even worse service.

Nice bar but we ordered our daughter a dessert to have while we had a drink and an hour later after multiple requests it still didn’t appear and we had to get a refund, didn’t really get much of an apology or explanation

Firstly we got seated at a sticky table with no number on to order your food to, then we ordered the food and it took 40 minutes to arrive with no toppings on my burger even though I asked for all of them. A further 15 minutes later I got my burger and they left the slice of cheese on the side of the plate not even in the burger. Terrible service and staff were unfriendly, I won’t be visiting here again.
