A mistake when the food was served was quickly rectified and a kind offer of a complimentary extra side to compensate was immediate.Vicky dealt with the issue brilliantly and professionally.Simon, the barman, also went the extra mile regarding customer service and customer interaction with information about real ales and knowledge about the local breweries.Both made this visit a pleasant experience and turned a potential negative into a positive.I teach customer service courses and theirs was exemplary.Well done Vicky and Simon.

Our Family, bought 4 Breakfasts and later had 4 Evening meals. Poor quality/cooked food, just dumped onto plates. Had to leave one soft drink, tasted odd. Told member of staff, who just walked away, she was not interested. A poor overall, experience. Would not visit again.
I've never been to this pub before, but even before I started typing out my comment, the beer that I bought arrived. ? (That's what I call service)Although it is quite a small pub, it is busy. But it does have a great atmosphere. Well done, guys and gals.
