Made a vegetarian order for my children to be delivered in the hotel for our last evening in London. Unfortunately the order was incomplete, the order wasn’t even checked and we got chicken ramen instead of vegetarian. When I called the restaurant the clerk answered that I should contact Deliveroo since the order was via them.Deliveroo could only request a partial refund for the stuff I didn’t got. Poor service. I guess it’s too hard for Wagamama to check an order before sending it away.

I was promptly seated and order taken however only one half of the order arrived the boa buns but not the ramen. Waited for 40minutes before paying and leaving as the second portion of the food never arrived while two full other tables got served.

Tried the new 'Korean' style rice bowl. Basically it's rice with a whole cut raw white onion, some cream like substance on it looks like double cream (not very Asian at all). Old reheated chicken very gamey/raw tasting with extra red onions. 24 hours later still cant get rid of the onion taste its awful! Dont know who authorized this dish to be sold to the public it's really bad!! Service is just as awful, rude teenagers and people walking out because they don't get served. Wagamama used to be good when they werent a franchise. I'll advise anyone around me or visiting from abroad to AVOID! ??

The staff were super friendly and very apologetic because the food was so bad. We got two bowls of ramen - not only did we wait an exorbitantly long time for it to arrive, when it did finally arrive the bowl was cold and the noodles were soggy. It felt like it probably had just been sitting at the serving station for a long time. We would never come back here nor eat at another wagamama again as this was our first experience.

I went with friends to a birthday dinner. We had a very good time, the food was delicious. We had the fortune of being guided by Andres, who was very patient and helped us to choosing according each particular taste. Thank you once again. We will come back the next time in London!

A good example of the Wagamama brand - great food, nice atmosphere and friendly service. My main grip - which is why 4/5 - why do all staff vanish when it’s time to pay? Took me an age to get the bill and what felt like forever to eventually pay while staff were all sitting in the ‘staff dining area’ chatting!

+ve: beautiful food, great waiter, prompt food service. -ve: maitre d’ refused to seat us despite there being space for over 20 people to sit. Massive long table was empty and being held for a ‘bigger group’ that hadn’t booked and didn’t appear. Another table for six (we were a group of three) was also available but not offered to us despite not being booked. It ended up being offered to a party of 2! In fact the restaurant emptied out rather than filled up after we were sat down. To be fair we only had to wait to 5-10 minutes to be seated but this was still a ridiculous policy and made a very poor start to another wise lovely meal. Wagamama’s stop this nonsense!

Nice venue with friendly staff, but the food here is average. We tried the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which was essentially cauliflower with a drizzle of sauce. It could not have taken more than 4 seconds to prepare this. We also had the tofu Donburi. It looks a lot nicer than it
Leo was a fantastic member of staff which ensured we were looked after. Our food arrived quickly and was cooked very well. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at Wagamamas is always great, and the staff are usually pretty good too. What's missing is somewhere to put coats and bags - bags were all sat on the floor and jackets were strewn across laps. Not ideal for the coming winter months.

Dirty tables, no cutlery, no condiments on arrival. Waited 10 minutes before I had to go and find a waiter even though there was only 4 other people in the whole resturant, ordered drinks and food , drinks were wrong , so asked for correct ones. One of the dishes came out 10 minutes before the rest, so that person ate alone, the food was nice when it finally arrived but then tried to charge us for the wrong drinks order, very disappointed, I would find somewhere else to eat in the area.

The dishes were really good, I had Pad Thai and I loved it. The portions were quite big and the quality was good. The service was nice and attentive. The only thing is that they don’t bring the dishes of everyone at the same time (I don’t know if it’s always like that or maybe it was because of what we had ordered), so we waited for a little bit for my friend’s dish. Regardless, the food was delicious and we had a lovely time there. We’ll be coming back!!Vegetarian options: You can change the meat for tofu for a lot of the dishes.
