I suppose this is a reoccurring theme by the looks of the reviews we have here.The staff are very rude, gave me the wrong price, expected me to compromise and pay for the additional toppings.They said its a new starter he made a mistake and that's fine with me. But I've seen this person there for the last month. So he couldn't be that new.So much arrogance and attitude for what reason...? I don't want to put any names down, so I'm going to say a certain individual said, if I don't want the sub they can make me a new one, but I didn't want to waste the food, after explaining this they wouldn't budge, so I said okay I'll have a new sub, then they were reluctant to make me a new sub even after getting my order wrong.Chucking my food/receipt across the till.... even though I paid for a bag. I think it must have annoyed them even more when they had to collect all the items back and place it in a bag for me. xDThey said they couldn't amend the fee of the items, yet 5 minutes of arguing with me, it was a 5 second job to change the fee. They could have completely avoided this issue, but I guess they had a very big ego and wanted to come out on top.Guess at this place customers for sure do not come first.If the the Subway managers do want to see this encounter, I'm sure they can pull some CCTV footage out if their bothered.

They refused to accept my promotional coupon despite being nominally a participating store. I contacted Subway about it and they didn't seem to care. I will ty to find alternatives to Subway from now on.

They lie and say the points machine is not working , according to the other comments this has been happening for months , I wouldn’t even bother coming here.

Very poor customer service, the staff are very rude with no manners. They are a shame to the bengali community.they don’t even wait till the sub is fully toasted, they get it out halfway and when you question it they become rude and aggressive. You can tell most of them got their indefinite leave card recently and now they’ve gone big headed. Very poor. Before the bengali migrant people came with passion, good attitude and good manners. Nowadays they have no respect or manners.

Ordered a sandwich and had it toasted during preparation. I could tell right away the bread wasn't fresh because I've had my sub toasted my entire life. It was hard to bite, crumbly and dried. I'll probably never visit this branch again.

Edit: Yeah prices are unbelievable, somehow managed to get worseNow the food is average, the customer service was average. The pricing in subway is horrendous, £6 for a sandwich is just "nope."

This is the worst branch of subway i have ever visited in my whole life. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They dont even know how to talk to a customer. And they lie everytime that the scanner for the app isnt working. Also, whenever there is an offer, everytime they say that our restaurant is not participating in it.Worst Subway ever!

Told me I couldn't redeem my points as the subcard machine is not working. Based on other reviews it looks like there is always an issue or they are lying about it not working.

Avoid, hygiene and customer service is poor. They dont accept sub cards, conveniently the machine is always broken when you wish to redeem points. Worse still, you cannot accumulate any so losing out each time you order from this particular franchise.
