We went here for Valentine’s day which was the first time out for V day in 10 years . We had such a great time and my wife and i were looked after very well by the lovely Ciarra ( no window seat!!) as well as a young chap whose name i dont know, sorry .We have booked in again for a a few weeks time and can thoroughly recommend their lovely food!!

We booked here and visited on a Sunday afternoon. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The menu had great variety as did the drinks menu. All very tasty and probably the freshest pizza I’ve ever had.I would definitely come back here, great atmosphere and style to the place and also a good size. It’s a nice touch that the larger tables are separated from the smaller ones in two different areas as it means you can still enjoy conversation without bigger tables dominating the room.Overall great place to visit, great value and options and also looked like they were able to cater to children well too

Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t advise using them for delivery; cold pizza was sent to me (sat around in the restaurant for at least 20, if not 30, minutes before the driver picked it up). When I called them to resolve the problem, they refused to acknowledge any fault or provide a solution. Even if the issue was caused by Deliveroo, common sense would tell you to cook a new pizza rather than sending out a cold one. The manager pretended not to have any control over this and blamed the driver, even though you can track what’s happening at each stage on Deliveroo. I can’t say what their service is like when eating in but I wouldn’t recommend it, given the hostility I received on the phone when reporting the cold food (despite being a repeat customer prior to this incident).

A cozy little place with a lovely atmosphere, the pizzas are made to order, so always fresh, and you can watch them cook as the oven faces into the restaurant. The staff are so friendly, this pizzas are very flavourful, with delicious traditional toppings. Definitely a must-visit place for dinner.

Amazing food, truly authentic Italian pizza’s made from a wood fire oven in front of your eyes… staff are so friendly and really went the extra mile to make our dining experience special… The house rose is so good and the garlic bread is the best!! A real gem, if you haven’t yet tried their pizzas, please go!! They also do bottomless brunches and special events, keep an eye on their socials for these not to be missed events!! Thank you once again Greystone for a lovely meal… a firm favourite with the kids too!! We will be back soon
