Booked a limo for a 60th birthday, airport to Southampton and then back to London after a 2 week cruise. We were very wary having read reviews but I can safely say we were very pleased with the service we recieved. Limo was on time driver was awesome, my only complaint would be no wine as promised in the limo. wish i could put 0 stars!! scammers! Avoid at all costs. Booked limo for sons prom, didn't turn up. When we called them they said we didn't book one!!! We said we had an invoice so they asked us to email it but it bounced straight back from a dodgy email address. They then wouldn't answer any calls or texts. They totally ruined our 16 year old and 14 of his friends prom night!!! Still refusing to communicate we threatened to go to the police and the deposit was refunded. No call...read full review
If I could rate minus stars I would!! Absolutely has to be THE most disgraceful, diabolical unprofessional so called company I have ever come across!! I booked a limo for all my family to take us to my wedding. I paid extra for it to come 15 minutes earlier and it showed up 10 minutes late! No suited chauffeur, no champagne, a black accident damaged disgusting smelly dirty limo turned up with no ribbon!
