Very Abusive.! Worst company to use in the UK by far, firstly rude and no customer service. I hired many cars from him before but because we went over time, Kareem the owner rang me whilst at my best friends wedding barking me to pay more for the car or it’s leaving. I was disturbed and paid the additional cost. Travelled for my brothers birthday on 17 nov 2021, truly amazing experience, overwhelmingly positive, respectful chauffeur, the company literally will surpass your customer expectations and level of service. Such an incredible experience, everything was outstanding. Right from the moment I called Karim to sort me out with a car, to the moment we got dropped off at our destination.
