389 Mile End Rd, Bow, LondonI work nearby, so I visit this Starbucks regularly. The coffee is always very nice—consistently good every time I go. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Darren, who’s always polite and helpful. I haven’t tried the food, so I can’t comment on that, but as far as coffee and service go, this place is great.

554-556 Roman Rd, Bow, LondonThe Roman Road branch in E3 is one of the best. I’ve been both in person and ordered online. I use this branch a lot, because they do the carrot cake and a lot of the other branches don’t do it. To put into context, I have 5 options of Costa branches. When you go in, it’s quite large, but has that small village cafe feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. But also to add, they’ve gone the extra mile, because I’ve ordered online a a fair few times, and tried to find a way to get my points added to my card, which is difficult to do, (no fault of Costa), and any time I’ve left a message, they’ve responded personally. This time, Sunday 12th May 2024, I received a personally hand written note. I just wish I knew their name, so I could thank them personally, the best I can do is leave a review and say a massive thank you, it made me tear up in a good way. I don’t expect this every time, but it shows they truly care. And I believe that makes everything taste better!

628 Roman Rd, Bow, LondonStaff always polite and happy accept for a girl that works on Sunday most days. Never has a smile on her face. Takes your order dont say hi dont say thank you nothing. Food shortage alot of the time hence I gave them a 3 star. Other staff are always nice and no the locals.

473 Roman Rd, Bow, LondonNot sure why all these people left bad reviews was lucky enough to win a free pizza n coke and everything was correct and it was ready to collect when they said it would be (9-14 minutes). Maybe you guys are ordering at busy times. Though Papa Johns is so much better.
