554-556 Roman Rd, Bow, LondonThe Roman Road branch in E3 is one of the best. I’ve been both in person and ordered online. I use this branch a lot, because they do the carrot cake and a lot of the other branches don’t do it. To put into context, I have 5 options of Costa branches. When you go in, it’s quite large, but has that small village cafe feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. But also to add, they’ve gone the extra mile, because I’ve ordered online a a fair few times, and tried to find a way to get my points added to my card, which is difficult to do, (no fault of Costa), and any time I’ve left a message, they’ve responded personally. This time, Sunday 12th May 2024, I received a personally hand written note. I just wish I knew their name, so I could thank them personally, the best I can do is leave a review and say a massive thank you, it made me tear up in a good way. I don’t expect this every time, but it shows they truly care. And I believe that makes everything taste better!

Bow Flyover, 4 Payne Rd, Bow, LondonI scanned the QR code at my table, placed my order and it arrived quickly. The carpark is a little small but not full so. After my food I drove three minutes to see Bow Church hoping to hear the sound of Bow Bells An all round enjoyable experience.
