My first visit was very nice, the french lady upgraded my drink for free and it really made my day. Hot choco with coconut milk all the way. Second time not so great! I got a hazelnut hot choco and wasn't a fan so I would get the normal one next time. Whipped cream on top was a bit underwhelming. Another reviewer spoke about a lot of barista practices being broken but what would you expect from a large chain cafe lol. Shop is located in a busy location spread over 2 floors. Closes at 7pm. Not a place you would go by car, close to mile end station and next to mile end park located under the yellow bridge.The usual Costa menu, nothing amazing.Parking: No parking unless you are a resident then there are some roads you can park on if you can find free spaces which isn't very often and not close by.

My visit to Costa Coffee was a remarkable experience. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted with a friendly smile by the staff. My order was efficiently taken, with great attention to detail. I was impressed by their kind and welcoming attitude towards all customers, always willing to respond promptly and professionally to any request. This establishment certainly deserves my congratulations for the excellent service provided! ?
