Absolutely disgusting service! No manner at all! As soon as I stepped in the 2 girl made me so uncomfortable and made me feel I interrupted their chat. One of the girl even came outside to grab a some food from the display and opened and started to eat it while take my payment, no thank you no hello no nothing just dirty look!

This place it’s getting so worse specially with the people who works No customer service skills at all . The girl who work this Friday lunch at the tills had so bad attitude when I asked her is she has 5 pounds for change . She look at me and with that sarcastic face said . Ohh I don’t have it for myself and you want me to give you . No hello no goodbye no thank you . I lived in Hendon over 13 years Costa it’s my spot place for some different flavour coffees I order sticky toffee pudding coffee it was horrible no flavour at all and not even coffee I couldn’t tasted it it was just milk. And not the first time this happens . Also staff should be given more costumer service training . Remember it’s not just the cup of coffee it’s so much more into service you can give to costumer . I found so unprofessional when staff standing at the tills and chat about personal things. I use to work in coffee shops long time ago . I have so much experience in costumer care service and skills . But never seen the last few years in Hendon Costa so bad staff working . Shame I won’t be going there anymore . Done

Went to Costa for lunch after having a long morning at the hospital. Ordered a soya cappucino and a rocky road. Wanted to have the vegan toastie but you didn't have it(as usual).My coffee was disgusting, undrinkable. I did not want to complain at first but I could not drink it, the milk was off. When I went to the counter and explained to the kind girl so served me, another member of the staff which I was not talking to(short blonde hair) raised her voice to me and said next time I should say it right away because I drank half of the coffee which was not true. What is te difference if I have a sip or 10, the coffee was disgusting and milk was off so you give me a new one because I payed for it, you didn't. ALso you have to throw it anyway? LolThe kind girl who originally served me did not have an issue in making a new coffee with a different milk.I don't appreciate the way this rude woman talked to me. She clearly has no customer service skills and has no clue how to talk to customers. I worked in hospitality for 10 years and in coffee shops, I received good training and never spoke like this to any customer. If You don't like your job or don't have the skills to do it then find a new one.The audacity to speak like that to customers, unbelivable...

It's usually good. There's just wrong opening time. I went for coffee at 5:30 am and have been told they are opening at 6 am.

I used to love this caffe and was visiting all the time when I was in London, today I was shocked how I was served, no plates no cups they put cake in the plate with plastic fork and plastic cup with cappuccino. Polish woman who was serving was extremely impatient, rude. Never going to come there again and would not recommend anyone to come there too. Shame on owner !

What a poor and disappointing experience...tried to order a latte and a bacon bap, didn't want to pay with card so paid cash instead and went for latte only since I hadn't enough cash...came in no one said good morning or welcomed as you should do in a bar, not a smile or nothing...asked 3 times "just the latte please" and the blonde lady with glasses wasn't understanding but luckily the tall barman saved the situation and said "he just want the latte" ...thanks for saving me... cherry on the cake, while I was drinking my latte , the blonde lady was laughing saying "oh just the latte"...what's so funny...poor customer service really

Unbelievably, they close till number two without informing the customers in the queue, thus we had to switch to till number one and wait 10 minutes longer.
