It's a Costa coffee, you can't expect the best coffee, food variety or great prices, because it's not definitely the places. The KitKat mocha served by Anita was really good. Anita took her time to explain all the current options and recommended a great drink. Amazing service and friendly staff, Anita even took the time to chat with us about our day. Really appreciated the whole experience! ?

Went to the one further up the road, for the cozy lounge downstairs. The 2 staff behind the counter felt very slow, looked confused at times, felt like new inexperienced staff, rather than the great fast service I remember when lady visited in late 2019. Mocha wasn't as tasty as I remember, was always my favourite at Costa. The lady clearing tables looked proficient at her job though. Was moderately busy, nice to sit at a clean table.
