Food is good, tasty and freshly prepared. If you're not familiar with Shake Shack it's premium fast food, so comes at a price (£25 for 2x burgers, 1 fries & drink). Prep to order means you have to wait so post order is quite chaotic. No real space to wait while your food is prepared aside from hanging out by the condiments station. Lots of tables crammed in so feels very cramped. Food is good but poor dining experience as a result of the ordering system and overly crowded dinning area.Parking: Free parking at Brent cross shopping centre ??

Great family place. I went with my 9 year old son, and we both had a burger with crinkly chips.He actually wanted to go to McDonald’s, which is normally his place of choice, but I vetoed it, so we compromised on the Shake shack and he loved it!There place and food are what you would expect, but there was a lady assisting (didn’t get her name, she could have been Italian), who went out of her way to help us and make our stay pleasant.Just for that, I give it a 5!

Experienced remarkable service at this branch courtesy of Jermain who served me and helped me with my indecision. When my toddler needed the loo as soon as our meal arrived, Vaishnavi was really helpful and let me leave my food at the table rather than having to take it with us (which would have been gross).Burger was decent! I enjoyed the custard ice cream too.

When I went to shake shack I could tell the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was greeted by the staff and It was all very sweet and nice, there was this one manager, Afia. She always seemed so happy and sweet and gave me a very warm welcome and had this really infectious smile and when I was able to talk to her she was as sweet as I Imagined. The food was also really delicious and fantastic! I loved it all and I would definitely come again

Have been coming here a lot since it opened as I work in the centre and food is always great, however when I visited on Friday to have my leaving lunch with some colleagues and my girlfriend, I have to say service was a let down from one person who kept staying at our table begging us to leave a review with their name in it and spoiled the time there.I'm happy to leave a review, especially if the staff member has actually gone above and beyond to make our experience better but all they did was take payment at the till and call my friend's name for 5 different orders.But when you disturb and force two people at the table constantly, do you think we're going to come back? All for a review we said we would leave after we finish our food and drinks, not when we are trying to enjoy our food and talk to eachother. It was very annoying and genuinely ruined the nice lunch and atmosphere for me and my friends. Please talk to this staff member and tell her to ease off, cause I ain't coming back if that's what we're going to experience every time we want to eat.I have forgotten this staff members name but I can see from the reviews below it seems we are not the only ones who may have had this happen, this is not good service, quite annoying actually. Please refrain from this. How about leaving a qr code where people can scan and leave their own reviews at their own free will if the service is actually good. Thanks.

Food is delicious, place is not too crowded as I was looking for a space to work and eat. Lovely atmosphere and clean and quiet seats in the back. Lovely Alketa was really nice and helpful and very welcoming. Coming back again soon!

We did not like their veggie burger. This is a personal preference. It was too soft and the cheese had a unique flavor. Too strong for us. The rest was good just a personal taste.Vegetarian options: Did not like the veggie flavour

After reading an article about Britains best burgers according to top chefs I decided to have dinner at Shake Shack in Brent Cross. As expected, the SmokeStack was excellent and my kids really enjoyed the milkshake and cheeseburger. After getting home in the evening my doorbell rang. To my surprise, it was the branch manager who had my wallet which I had left in the store. I could not believe it. She lived close by and had decided to drop it off on her way home from work. What a remarkable act of human kindness! Thank you
