Afia welcomed us on arrival, she was very friendly and has a great presence about her.Really friendly, efficient atmosphere would definitely come bk for another double shack burger. Lovely
Food is good, tasty and freshly prepared. If you're not familiar with Shake Shack it's premium fast food, so comes at a price (£25 for 2x burgers, 1 fries & drink). Prep to order means you have to wait so post order is quite chaotic. No real space to wait while your food is prepared aside from hanging out by the condiments station.
