The woman who made my drink made it wrong (which wasn't the main issue) and when I asked if she might of mixed it up, she lashed out at me saying 'I know what I made' and things like that. I asked completely normally because I hate confrontation, so there was no reason for her to of been so rude, especially since you could tell just by looking at the drink that she had made the wrong thing. (I know for sure that I ordered the right thing, as it said it all correctly on the sticker of the cup). Otherwise the place was fairly clean and not too busy.

I walked up to the counter a little after 8 PM on the 2nd of November 2023 - I was not sure as to wether or not it was open or not.I politely went to ask the closing East Asian female employee if she was open or closed, I was left very uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to. She looked up at me with a rather aggressive expression and very rudely shouted “What?” at me, she seemed prepared for a fight of some kind. Stunned, I repeated my question. She told me in an extremely aggressive tone that the cafe closes at 8 PM as does everything else in the shopping centre.I was left very uncomfortable and stunned by the manner in which I was spoken to. Disgusting of this Starbucks managers/supervisors to have such a vile mannered and hostile individual employed at their store, we’re by they are working so directly with the public.

Starbucks Hornchurch..This is our regular Starbucks ...what a welcoming wonderful place this is! with friendly staff ..especially Sophia hard working professional and kind. Sophia goes above and beyond for her customers a lovely smile and listening ear ..helpful lovely girl always a pleasure to see her and never forgets just the way I like my coffee !! Recommended

This place always looks busy.It was a Sunday, there are five members of staff.Is it me or does anyone else have issues with servers running their hand through their hair, just before taking the order and heating up my toastie and preparing my pumpkin spice latte. I famcied oat me, then I was asked if I wanted cream, normal or vegan. I replied normal. But upon collection, which I struggled to hear my name, please take note to call out names a tad louder. Whilst tucking into my toastie, I noticed there was no cream, the order label had cream printed on it. Batistas ought to be more attentive. For the toastie and latte, it cost almost £10 so its not cheap.Annoyingly I had to pack up everything and head to the counter.Not sure I'd visit again.There were more please and thank yous from me than staff....

Just like every Starbucks. Over-crowded and under-staffed. The staff do their best to cope with the onslaught and being Starbucks the coffee is.. well Starbucks coffee.

I wanted to buy a Starbucks mug to take home, unfortunately it wasn’t processed in the till so I had to wait a little while whilst the technical issues were sorted. Not a problem at all.The staff were so lovely that they gave me a free venti drink of my choice as a sorry for the wait, which was so very sweet of them. Despite me only waiting for about 10 minutesI got my mug , a free drink. Very happy. Thank you guys :)
Freshly prepared Barista coffee with lot of passion to make best cup,Great job. Good customer service from other staff at Cafe. Atmosphere is brilliant because cafe is inside Brent Cross shopping centre near Bus station entrance.

Today I went Starbucks and asked for a different drink when I first got served by this lady she was so rude and dismissed me straight away. However a guy called Patrick who worked there asked me what I was asking for and he double checked with his colleagues and he was able to make it for me. It was the fact that the lady was so rude! So thank you Patrick for the kinder style drink!!
