This place always looks busy.It was a Sunday, there are five members of staff.Is it me or does anyone else have issues with servers running their hand through their hair, just before taking the order and heating up my toastie and preparing my pumpkin spice latte. I famcied oat me, then I was asked if I wanted cream, normal or vegan. I replied normal. But upon collection, which I struggled to hear my name, please take note to call out names a tad louder. I wanted to buy a Starbucks mug to take home, unfortunately it wasn’t processed in the till so I had to wait a little while whilst the technical issues were sorted. Not a problem at all.The staff were so lovely that they gave me a free venti drink of my choice as a sorry for the wait, which was so very sweet of them. Despite me only waiting for about 10 minutesI got my mug , a free drink. Very happy. Thank you guys :)

Freshly prepared Barista coffee with lot of passion to make best cup,Great job. Good customer service from other staff at Cafe. Atmosphere is brilliant because cafe is inside Brent Cross shopping centre near Bus station entrance.
