User to be a decent spot, but since the refurb, it is impossible to get food when their delivery service is busy. They churn out 10-30 delivery orders before they get to you, and you end up waiting forever. Staff is lovely but clearly overwhelmed. Food is as usual.

Big Tasty? Really? No sauce, everything dry. Fries cold. One sachet of ketchup for a massive order. Seriously bad quality.

Missing items in delivery orders happen far too often for it to be a 'mistake'Never ever fries missingAlways either the most expensive item or items given free by the McDonald's appStopped ordering through the McDonald's app as its impossible to claim back for items this 'resturaunt' fails to deliver, now it seems every order from other delivery services will be combined with a refund request as they're unable to look at what to put in the bag!Seems the only way you should be able to get what you pay for is to order in person, but other reviewers seem to have a similar problem when they order in person

Really poor customer service with rude staff while using the drive through. When I asked for the manager He came and told me he had swapped his staff around and that the rude individual had left for home all in the space of driving from 1 window to the next so I couldn’t receive an apology? Poor all round and clearly has no leadership skills Will never stop off there for lunch again. My advice ‘Be warned if you use this branch’

Every delivery from here has at least 3 items missing! It doesn’t matter which app you use- I have never received my full order. How can you miss so many things off that are on the receipt it big letters?!

Cheese burgers were squashed and cold ..fries tasted rubbish and the Coca-Cola was disgusting...I think that's wasn't even Coca-Cola...if you lovers of this drink buy a can of Coca-Cola from the shop and compare it to Mcdonald you will find the difference..God knows what else is a fake in this fast food ..never ever be buying staff from Mcdonald..

It got a one, because you can't give a zero! This is the WORST mcdonalds in London, possibky even the country. Had a refurb, thought it may have imoroved. Don't bother. Chips taste like soggy oil soaked potato. All food will absolutely be cold, that is even if they actually deliver and don't cancel after leaving you waiting over an hour. Terrible service.

walked in around 12pm on 25/11/2023. staff were busy with online orders. no one was at the till to take order from walked in customers. an elderly customer needed help to use the self serviced machine, one staff was going to help him but was called inside for something, the customer complained to another staff who was running up & down for online orders. To management, you have very hard working and polite staff. no matter how busy it gets, you need to have at least one staff to look after the customers at your premises, take orders from walked in customers and dispense without delay caused by disruption from online orders. McDonald's is not just about online orders, it's a restaurant.The wrap was delicious as usual

The service was speedy on the drive through, but when I got home, I realised that the philly cheese stack didn't have any crispy onions, or gherkins, just a couple of normal onions. So if you do go there, check though the sandwich before driving off to make sure nothing is
