Very welcoming staff and well kept real ales. Exceptional food includes home made pies with selection of vegetables, delicious burgers and skin-on chips with limitless toppings. Worth travelling to, recommended.
Visiting from Scotland to see our son. Wanted to take him for Sunday Lunch before we headed home. Joined Brentford friends on FB and the Griffin was recommended. Decided to give it a go and it definitely did not disappoint. Had the meat feast roast, slice of beef, lamb and pork. Meat (apart from pork) served medium rare just as we had asked for it. All trimmings and gravy, lush! And also the young girl serving was very polite and smiley. A real local pub. Made outsiders feel welcome.
