I enjoyed visiting here and my decaffeinated Americano drink was made very well. The atmosphere is not as pleasant as I've found in other Costa's, partly because there is a security guard standing about all the time. However the staff seemed all very pleasant and professional. There are some nice soft chairs to sit on but no windows to look out of. I liked the decor and the interesting arch in the middle of the cafe.
