I enjoyed visiting here and my decaffeinated Americano drink was made very well. The atmosphere is not as pleasant as I’ve found in other Costa’s, partly because there is a security guard standing about all the time. However the staff seemed all very pleasant and professional. There are some nice soft chairs to sit on but no windows to look out of. I liked the decor and the interesting arch in the middle of the cafe. There are two different sides to this coffee shop and I sat on the side nearest the counter.

Service this morning 19/07/2018 was really bad . Girl on the till so rude ... I did asked for double espresso with cold water... instead I got small Americano . She try to argue with me that I didn’t say cold water. I’ve explain I can’t dribk hot drink due teeth treatment... she didn’t give a f@&k .
