It's such a hit a miss branch, I've been there many times and there's never been a consistency in the level of service. On a rate good day when it's quiet, you'd get served promptly. However more often than not, it busy and you're basically being rushed when served and to make matters worse they to always claim their Subcard scanner doesn't work nor do they accept promotion vouchers. Store team are great, though tables could have been cleaner during lunch time period. Most of all I was let down by Subway's new products - the advertising drew me in but don't be deceived, the new Chicken bites and Potato wedges are reheated in the toaster like everything else. Works for the Subs, but I'm not sure about the other product lines.
Waited a few minutes before being served, the worker was very grumpy, didn't smile, sandwich looked messy. And cost £9.79 for a footlong (more than other branches I've been to). Probably the worse subway branch I've visited
