It's such a hit a miss branch, I've been there many times and there's never been a consistency in the level of service. On a rate good day when it's quiet, you'd get served promptly. However more often than not, it busy and you're basically being rushed when served and to make matters worse they to always claim their Subcard scanner doesn't work nor do they accept promotion vouchers. It's only when you actually challenge them and point out that their store is participating that they will huff and accept the voucher.

Staff wanted to overcharge me. Rude manners to deal with the matter. Opened sandwich and touching like no one will eat it. Disgusting! I left without order.

I been overcharged for absolute no reason, the menu says one price employees are charging another one, is pretty small place and it doesn’t seem as busy as others branch’s might be, so I don’t really see a reason for the staff to treat customers in such a manors, i been a big fan of the subway chain but for this kind of behaviour i have to take a few steps back and look for a better options, such a shame that there is plenty of them and subway lately has not been able to hold costumers as they use to.

Store team are great, though tables could have been cleaner during lunch time period. Most of all I was let down by Subway's new products - the advertising drew me in but don't be deceived, the new Chicken bites and Potato wedges are reheated in the toaster like everything else. Works for the Subs, but I'm not sure about the other product lines.

Waited a few minutes before being served, the worker was very grumpy, didn't smile, sandwich looked messy. And cost £9.79 for a footlong (more than other branches I've been to). Probably the worse subway branch I've visited

Service was good and the sandwich was very tasty. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the meal deal I ordered being advertised but not being available. Companies need to ensure this is not happening as it's unfair for the customer; and useless governments need to ensure these companies are fined.

I bought 3 Italian BMT's. They tasted good everyone enjoyed but they had to lose a star because the took AGEs to make them that was after waiting AGES for her to serve the 2 customers ahead of me

Waiting time was quite long, but there wasn't a queue. The priority service seemed to be for online customers even though customers where right there in front of them in the shop.That is bad customer service!

Subway provides sandwiches made to order in front of you which is a nice idea but the quality of the ingredients could be better. A good place to grab done lunch once in a while

A young man seemed new because he was a bit slow. So another member of staff stepped in to help but he was rude to every customer and made my wife feel rushed and panicked when they didn't have what she wanted. I know it was 7pm but they didn't even have lettuce for the subs.

Horrible service!!! New guy woking there tried to do my order as I rquested last night, but then came a older staff member and was very rude, not flexible and had a go to the new guy that was perfectly doing my order as I requested.
