Ordered a Pizza here on Thursday 7th December. Pizza was delivered by an extremely rude driver who said he had to wait 5 minutes for an answer - which was plain untruthful. It was supposed to be a 50/50 pizza, but it was just one whole pizza, not well done, with missing toppings that I paid extra for . I called up to complain as £24.07 is not throw away money, requesting the managers name but the staff member who answered said "we don't give out names u less we can identity you and we know what it's for". So he wanted MY name before he was prepared to give the store mangers name. When I reminded him that it was a publicly listed company's obligation to confirm their store manager he replied "I don't want to get into these legal things" and hung up.Been getting Pizza's from here for years but this was the worst pizza and the worst customer service from Pizza restaurant I've experienced.

Don't know why this place gets so many negative reviews. Have had many pizzas from this place and never been disappointed.Sure, it's not italian pizza, don't expect superb experience but for what it is I'd give them good review. Usually I order something on Monday when you can get large for tenner via app. Had to check their latest in the menu and it was very good.

Just had a pepperoni pizza delivered with no cheese. Very salty. Just dough, tomato paste and pepperoni. Was told a 50% refund and would need to physically return it. The whole point of having it delivered was not to leave home.

Very slow , saw my pizza ready on screen , pizza box waiting on stand , staff too busy doing sticky labels or filling bags .No one at counter or bothered . Got a cold pizza . Waste of time .

I. Ordered 2 pizza’s . Instead of my small veg pizza I was delivered a meatball pizza . Irang and was told it would be replaced in 15 minutes . 45 mins later I get a cold , dry pizza . I returned the meat pizza to the driver and there was no apology , just complained that the garlic dip was missing . I gave him the garlic dip on the pizza he had just delivered . Our meal was ruined , we ordered a takeout , so we could relax and eat together .No compensation , or sorry , just “ where is the dip”Never again , terrible service .Vegetarian options: Order a veggie pizza and get a meatball one instead !!!The veggie option is delivered 45 mins by a rude driver

The delivery numpties from the Streatham Hill branch are riding on the footpaths in the area and are being monitored and reported by myself on a daily basis and all photos and videos will be submitted to the police for a prosecution.

INCREDIBLE RUDE MANAGER ON THE PHONE.My gf and me trying to sort a mistake they made a couple weeks ago and even after talking with head office they still not bothering to sort.Been ordering from that shop for years and I have been treated as a lier for a mistake they made.Not ordering from that store again - AVOID
Today I got caller a lie after calling the stretham hill store to reclaim the pizza that I was told would be remade for free at my convince due to both pizzas being incorrect on Friday the 24th Feb 2023 -The store manager was so unprofessional, he proceeded to call me dear after I asked him to stop the pet names because it's patronising. He wouldn't tell me his name a refused to help me.

One star is too good for this place. The staff in the branch are rude and arrogant, the delivery drivers are incompetent, and when you call them out on their failings, they blame everything else but themselves! I will never be spending my hard earned money on food spoiled but stupidity! Close the branch down!

Ordered a pizza just now and had the wrong one delivered, so I called back to have the right one sent out. The Domino's employee called me back afterwards twice asking me to return the wrong (and now very cold) pizza to the driver.My sister, who has Covid, accidentally ate a slice of the wrong pizza, and after I explained this to the employee, she still insisted I give the wrong pizza back even with the safety and hygiene risk.If you've ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight, my sincerest condolences.
