I used the Domino’s app to place an order for delivery. The food arrived in good time however my order was processed twice and was charged twice. I don’t understand how this happened. I phoned the branch and spoke to a Deon, he said that they saw that there was a mistake but they went ahead and cooked the two orders anyway. I mistakenly ordered my pizza without cheese today and manager in the Stratham branch sent me a free replacement pizza very quickly thank you so much guys for being so nice taking care of my mistake . Great service !!!! 5 stars

Don't know why this place gets so many negative reviews. Have had many pizzas from this place and never been disappointed.Sure, it's not italian pizza, don't expect superb experience but for what it is I'd give them good review. Usually I order something on Monday when you can get large for tenner via app. Had to check their latest in the menu and it was very good.
