Such a shame but this and its sister branch in Bromley South are always filthy. I love the coffee at Nero, but I seldom sit in as there's never enough staff to clean tables. Both shops look like they've seen better days. Take away only is my advice.

Always been a big fan of Café Nero coffee and snacks, but today, the standard of cleanliness is shocking! The staff are great, friendly and eager to please (even tho they’d run out of oat milk), but before I sat down, I had to clean the table myself, even tho the cleaner didn’t make the wood look much better, and the ripped leather arm chair was covered in crumbs. I decided that was a better choice over the cloth arm chairs which look like they’re carrying a disease! Shameful!
