I have been reading some of the reviews and feel I must make one too . I have been to Unico Gelato 2x at St Johnâs Wood and also once to Holland Park . All three times I have not only had the BEST coffee but equally the most sincerest service . In both locations the teams were friendly and also very helpful . We come and have ice cream few times a week here. However There is always queue because of the very slow staffs. The business should solve this problem I believe. Very delicious ice cream tho. But please hire more quick and efficient staff

We just ordered from Uber Eats and are so impressed and the staff kindly gave us an extra custard maritozzi! Everything was so delicious and fresh, not too sweet, will definitely order again ?
