It’s already rare to find Sri Lankan food in the UK and rarer yet to find it tasting and smelling as if you were in the country itself. High quality dishes and very considerable prices. Definitely worth the visit.Dietary restrictions: A lot of vegan options.

Plenty of vegan options, make sure to to order lots of dishes and share them around the table like they do in Sri Lanka. The food was excellent, as was the service. Will be coming back again for sure.

Happened to book a table during happy hour which was a bonus but not the only reason that we will be back. The food was nice, the menu was varied and interesting. The service was efficient but not rushed and the staff were all extremely friendly. I look forward to returning soon.

We visited Copper Ceylon after reading all the rave reviews and visiting with our Sri Lankan friend. The food was tasty but prawns in starter chewy, and I have to agree with some of the reviews the portions are very small and the prawn curry on mains only had 4-5 prawns in. Quite steep imo. Deserts were also tiny and £35 for a bottle of Prosecco, is that the going rate now? Service was quite slow and had to ask for cutterly for mains and more napkins. The food was full of flavour despite the negatives and well presented. Atmosphere is lovely and so is the interior. £191 for 3 people with service charge added! Will I be back? Not sure but willing to give it another go!

I hosted my 40th birthday lunch at Copper Ceylon for 50 members of my family. From the outset, the team did a fantastic job at helping me to organise and plan the event. Haran designed a bespoke menu tailored to my group's needs, and also went above and beyond to organise other elements to make the party a truly special occasion. On the day, we were very well taken care of by Haran, Ryan and the team. The drinks were expertly crafted and were a real hit with the guests, notably the Tropical Sunrise, Kandy Breeze and Faludah. The starters were exceptional and guests really enjoyed the hot battered squid and chilli panneer. Finally, the mains (served in a buffet style) were amazing, and the live hopper station was a real feature. We would thoroughly recommend the restaurant for large events, and also for regular dining. The quality of the food, drinks and service is very high!

Had the kothu and hoppers all done to a real quality cuisine. The spice levels are just right. The chef's here do a great job and the service is always amazing ?.Vegetarian options: Discuss with the staff or the manager they will provide options to get food done as vegetarian. Sri Lankan food always can the scale down to a vegetarian option.
