Awful manager think her name was michelle, gave dirty looks towards customers and kissed her teeth mocking me in a completely different language which is very unprofessional from a huge business. I will not be spending anymore money in this useless place with zero accountability of their customers who are gaining the business profit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Now I get the reviews. My daughter ordered food for us and a kids meal for her lil brother, since she was at Bromley coming back to West Dulwich. When she arrived home and checked the bag the kids meal was missing. She had to travel back to McDonald's by then I had called to notify them of the problem. The kids meal was given without a bag. When she asked for a bag to carry the kids meal she was told to pay 10p for a paper bag. She came home with a kids meal box that was in shambles. I was fuming never heard of paying 10p for a bag in mcdonalds.

Paid for bbq sauce and never received it so when food was delivered and got the food out the bags AGAIN for the third time in a row they forgot the sauces that we had to pay for constantly they don’t put sauces in when it’s clear as day says on the order sauces paid for it may only be 20p or 70p a sauce but it all adds up and in the current climate and being a single parent on a low income just wanting to treat my children to something nice and exciting to them it is disappointing to constantly be charged and not receive what is paid for. Also the food is always cold orders on delivery should be made from scratch not the orders sat sitting in the heat containers

Absolute joke waited over half an hour for an order at the counter was utter chaos everyone moaning staff miserable and rude was going to be late so asked for refund and manager very rudely and without an apology her name was Michelle refused said she could not find order on till even though I had paid and my number was still on screen ! No apology nothing AVOID awful non existent customer service they need an urgent training course on how to treat customers worst one I have visited

The usual McD quality burger delivered! We came here early in the morning (9am - weekend) and the restaurant is super clean. Not busy. No sticky tables and floors. So this was a really good chilled experience. The order machine couldn’t print out our order due to printer problem. Despite this the ‘quietness’, items were still missed from our order. But it was later fixed.

Attempted to use the drive through. Poor sod in front of me was unable to get the person on the other end of the intercom to understand him, and I heard the assistant at the other end blame his headset. The other lane was by now clogged with customers. Guy ahead of me gave up and drove through without ordering. Given the queue on the working lane, so did I. Drive through IS worse with those intercom lanes.

So I have for 3 full size mcflurrys they are all different sizes anndv2 of the are under half the cup size I asked for a refund and was told no this is how they are I said no this is less than half and I paid for full size. I will not be eating at this store again I'm shocked at the lack of customer service by the manager on shift
