When I visited Star & Garter I was impressed by its unique offering of Brazilian snacks and its diverse selection of local craft beers. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!

Nice pub.

Hurrah for a tap room with a great selection of craft beers - don’t miss the cask selection on the side, even better than the draft

Great pub for well kept real ales and craft beer. Usually 4 or 5 changing real ales and a dozen or so craft.

Visited for the first time today and was impressed. The staff were friendly and happy to help with advice and samples. Great selection of beers at reasonable prices given the high quality. Takeaway selection of beers also very good though a price list would be useful and a bigger fridge would preserve the flavour of more of the hoppy beers. Atmosphere wasn't great but it was a quiet afternoon. Definitely worth a visit if you like high-end craft beer.

Amazing selection of beers; a real range! Friendly service; we were more than welcome to try beers before deciding on what we wanted a pint of. Located in an old building, although it lacks atmosphere inside; it's a little beige!

They are supposed to open at 1pm, but was closed. We went there 30 minutes later. Still no sign of life.

Fantastic spacious pub, with some interesting windows and mirrors. Huge range of stunning craft beer, including several imperial stouts all on tap. Half a dozen or so cask ales, I only had one ( stayed in the kegged beers for the rest ), but it was in fantastic condition, a beautiful chocolate orange stout. Also had a bottle corner, with some great lambic and gueuze selection.

This pub not only has a fantastic choice of real ales, other beers and cider but has relaxing decor, original interiors, and unusual frontage. The furniture is comfortable and it's possible to stand and drink at the bar if desired.Toilets are upstairs and there is a garden to the rear for fine days.
