We had an amazing meal out for my mothers 60th birthday! A big thank you to Teresia (sorry if I misspelt your name!) she was very accommodating and had a lovely friendly personality and really brightened up our celebration, thank you so much ? She was very attentive and looked after our table asking if we needed anything and never missed a trick! She gave us time to enjoy ourselves and didn’t rush us as we had a birthday celebration! Stephen is such a joy and it’s great when he is on shift as he has an amazing way with people and makes our time at the big easy so enjoyable! A big thank you to your staff! xx

We visited this venue for mid afternoon lunch, on Sunday 25 February 2024.We walked in from the street with no appointment, having been to a cinema nearby.We were warmly greeted and sat on a nicely located table.For starters we shared a deep fried mixed seafood, with a tartare sauce - it was delicious.For the mains, we had the lobster surf & turf and the unlimited smoke bar bbq. It was mouth watering.Our drinks were also superb.A big shout out to Kaira who served our table for the duration - she was professional, courteous, attentive - her table awareness was excellent.A mention also to Stephen, the manager, who is visible, sociable and likes to ensure all the customers are being taken care of properly - he remains very professional and courteous to both customers and staff.I strongly recommend a visit to this venue.

First time at Big Easy and unfortunately very disappointing.Service was great but food a massive let down.Starter was OK but tad oily.Mains awful.Daughteds lobster rubbery, lobster roll ok, BBQ ribs, chicken and shrimps poor.chicken not properly seasoned, ribs fatty shrimps good size and ok.Eldest daughter had burger and chips far too gready.Paid £150 and simply not worth it.Hapoy to pay whatever for good food but this isn't it. Really sad as was looking forward to it but left feeling quite ill as food too oily.Will not be returning

Great American style restaurant, lobster experience is definitely something new to me, food is prepared very good, prices are good and even lower, compared to other restaurant in the area, restaurant atmosphere reminds me a little of “ Coyote ugly” movie. I love the place.

This is my local, but strange things afoot, I have a sense it may close down...i havent been for 2 years as the last few times the food had gone down hill and prices higher.Returned with a friend last night ..feeling optimistic and happy to be back Ive been going to this one over 20 years.. only to be served dis-appointment..my friend ordered classic burger, £17, small tin beer £4, I ordered Caesar Salad, £11, small coke, £4, SO £36 total, got way over charged to £45. My friends burger was way smaller than they used to be, and bizzarely, my Caesar salad, had NONE of the usual, eggs, bacon, anchovies etc.. it was a plate of lettuce with some parmesan only... they seem VERY short on ingredients, or scrimping, over charging over 25% and here comes the final one... a lot emptier than it used to be... I guess every dog has its day.. and with out ingredients, over charging and loss of atmosphere... that'll be my last visit. Wonder what will replace itParking: on the road after 22.00

Whilst I admire a server who remembers orders without writing it down and it arrives perfectly - this time it did not. Steaks not cooked properly, meals didn’t arrive with others and when it did, it was wrong - we couldn’t be bothered to question it. Yes comp glasses of drink, remove meals from the bill - all which came naturally to the manager. Some dishes were cold, other dishes made to look fuller by stacking on tortilla crisps. Come on step it up! This is a great venue being let down.

Awful from start to finish long wait zero service and to top it off illness after eating just because we didn’t get medical tests don’t mean anything we are here and we’re both ill you don’t deserve my husbands money but keep it we booked a table was sat by the door it was freezing the front of house lady was rude we waited hours for food will never ever return you should have offered a refund to avoid this review

I like the big easy, the food is really good. However, I feel there is something odd going on. over the last 2 orders via Uber eats. My wife ordered 1/2lb (226g) sliced Texas brisket. However it only weighed 143g 0.3lb. Which is annoying but it could have been an honest mistake. So we ordered it again today and called the restaurant to make a friendly reminder to give us half a pound. However, it happened a second time with 146g 0.3lb. It sad as the food is generally tasty. But it's not what we ordered.
