Besides the fact that the lady working there really hated her job, I bit on something incredibly hard when chewing my cheeseburger, which turns out to be plastic!!! Paid 9 pounds for this. Beyond ridiculous!

Dreadful place. Hyper-inflated prices for a tiny meal that would leave a child hungry. The staff are bleary-eyed, inattentive and vacant as they churn out food that looks like they found it in the bins out the back.

It was coming up to three o'clock when I visited, looking to find something a little classier than BK to load up before an impending four hour train. I was drawn in by the graphics and the exterior advertising, which held great promise, but I should have realised, when the rest of the food court was heaving and there were only a couple of people around Prime Burger, that this book cover was far more appealing than the content. The old don't judge a book by the cover analogy really works here, but in reverse. It looked worth a visit, but it certainly wasn't. The only one in the queue, I ordered a katsu burger. I appreciated that the high cost was partly due to the premium of the location, but I expected something worth eating for my money. Instead, when it eventually came, I got a warm brioche, which felt like it had been standing and reheated in a microwave, wrapped round a chunk of chicken breast that had been marinated in something and then clearly left standing before being reheated and stuck in this bun, with some tired lettuce and a bit of sauce. The chicken also had dried out threads handing from it, making it even less appealing and the whole thing was small and felt like it was about to fall apart in my hands. Three more people then joined the queue and ordered, whilst I took my burger onto the concourse to eat. The sauce was tasty, but the old brioche, dried out chicken and limp lettuce made this a spectacularly poor effort that I can't even put into words. The saving grace was that the place did look tidy so it seemed more a food than a venue issue here. Unfortunately, after the expensive but small portion, I was left hungry and whilst I did consider heading across to BK to get a cheaper option, I ended up at Delice France, buying a baguette to fill up where the meal I had chosen had not met the mark. The irony was that as I waited for service here, the same lads that had joined me at the queue at Prime, also joined the queue at Delice and ordered cheese and ham baguettes of their own. Pattern or coincidence? I guess that's for those lads to determine, but for me, I won't be heading back to Prime Burger any time soon and I recommend that readers check out all the offerings on the food court before plumping for this one. A food court will invariably mean that you are looking at fast food rather than great food options, but being on the mezzanine isn't worth the cost for the disappointment here.

Vegan Bean Burger is the best for vegetarians. Although Halaumi fries doesn't taste good at all.

I was hungry, I needed a toilet ... and I like Burger King. I wanted to use a toilet and order something to eat... but was not possible, because the toilet was CLOSED \\\"due te covid\\\"\\nThis must be impossible, is beyond any logic, civilisation and human kind. Is rude and devoid of any common sense. On top of this is a danger for public health, selling food with dining inside and no toilet. I will go further and speak with authorities. This is not the only Burger King with the same problem. I think the big company heve to be very careful to who they have sold the francise.\\nBig SHAME on you!

Have been going on business trips thru Euston and tried the vegan whopper and king royal. Am obsessed with them now. This branch was closed yesterday and today and was rather sad. Hope they will reopen soon. BK is so much better than McD's

Nice burgers - quite pricey, but nothing out of the ordinary for London. The service is a little on the slow side for a "fast food" place

Edward Aboud

Quick service and tasty food but expensive for what it is (almost £8 for a regular meal) and no seating area

Lilian Santos Fonseca

There is no better fast food than this!

Uthman B

Waste of £7.50, didn’t even bother to add salad or sauces, terrible terrible terrible, never going there again

Cold poor service and expensive for a simple mass produced meal. I have used this restaurant in numerous occasions but am constantly disappointed with the cold food.

Michael Panagopoulos

Almost £9 for 4 small chicken strips and chips. Both cold as well. Definitely not value for money.
