Have passed those many times but usually whilst on a mission walking to get to the hotel in Mayfair from King's Cross. Only called in this time as we were caught in an unexpected heavy rain downpour. The staff were really friendly and the coffee and cake good. (Consistent Starbucks quality). Plenty of seating, good atmosphere. Toilet was clean and easily accessible (for wheelchairs).
Lovely service from the till staff Ricky, did not have to repeat my complicated order twice. Unfortunately the efficiency was not what I expected, every time I come to this one there is always a long waiting time.

Trying to find a breakfast with lactose free milk! So hard! Everyone does porridge pots but the dried milk has lactose in it! Ended up with these yummy overnight oats. Very tasty.
