A few months back when I had to stop at the emergency hospital near Edgware road, I lost my phone battery and was basically stranded at the station because my cards were loaded onto my phone. The three girls at this Nero branch were incredibly kind. They helped me charge my phone and offered me a beverage- A really good pistachio latte at that! Super grateful for how sweet they were when I was panicking. Amazing customer service and great lattes :)

It was practically our fixed stop for breakfast in London. Convenient due to its presence inside the metro station. Good food, good English tea and it's also nice to have a chat with the friendly barmaid.

I haven’t seen any more racist staff than this café .. I came this morning to buy coffee.. I asked about one of the drinks in the manu .. he answered ( it’s for Italian you won’t like it ) I didn’t asked you if I am going to like it on not I asked you .. what it is ? Your job is to answer my questions not to decide if am going to like it or not ..

The price is good and the coffee is great, in addition to some sweets, but not all of them are halal. You have to ask

The site was closed with a man inside when we arrived. There was a sign back in 30 minutes. We had to wait 15 minutes at the door to have a snack. The coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. Price for 2 latte coffees, 2 chocolates with cream and 2 chocolate muffins and a mini raisin pannetone £22

The barista in this coffee shop (his name is Eric I think) is the most amazing barista/ person ever! Despite the place always being packed with people and him working super fast to get everyone’s orders quickly he’s always very cheerful and welcoming. It’s always a great experience and my husband and I always visit that specific coffee shop thanks to him.

Passing by this Nero this Saturday afternoon for getting a quick coffee around 2pm, while on the way to an event around Paddington. The staffs were very rude and just shouting “we were closed” without any explanation. I thought once I was in a pub at 1am.It’s the worst Nero experience I have ever had.I recommend the Pret nearby instead

Popped in for a white hot chocolate mocha on sunday in the morning for my first day back at work in the NHS after maternity leave. Didnt get the barista name but absolutely wonderful customer service was so polite and I asked for small amount of coffee as am a bit sensitive to it and he made the coffee perfectly and was so kind. Made the perfect start of my return back to work with his expertise and kind nature. Thank you very much

Anyways one of the best chain for coffee and other. Cannot stress enough to go and try their Italian pancetta sausage bap. Divine.

Served today by a really friendly barista (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) and the coffee was really good.

A big brand yet located quite conveniently at the Edgware Road Station. This particular Nero has a charm of an old Italian barista and ofcourse their coffee is no nonsense Italian.

Guy behind the counter clearly wanted to chat and flirt more than he wanted to do his job. He gave my brother’s coffee order away twice to women, including someone he called a regular, then made 4 more drinks for others (all women that he chatted up quite a bit) before we asked for the 3rd time for his order, and finally he made a very poor double espresso - which ended up in the bin after one taste.
