My favourite Cafe Nero, Team are kind and considerate! Always go above and beyond to put a smile on there customers faces… have tried their mobile ordering direct from the app as well as ordering in person and every time service is outstanding!
My new coffee place. Every single staff member is a joy, always smiling and asking how you are. It feels like the Italian family I never had! Sincerely, the French soy-milk chai latte girl that is always late to work :)

Popped in for a white hot chocolate mocha on sunday in the morning for my first day back at work in the NHS after maternity leave. Didnt get the barista name but absolutely wonderful customer service was so polite and I asked for small amount of coffee as am a bit sensitive to it and he made the coffee perfectly and was so kind. Made the perfect start of my return back to work with his expertise and kind nature. Thank you very much
