Went here by accident to wash my car and charged me £6 it shows on the menu wash and dry. They tricked me but just washed not dry when I asks cashier about she shows me different story. They are dodgy in nowhere just basic wash for £6 avoid that place everywhere £3.50

Kudos to Anjaly at BP Cash Counter!.....I want to commend Anjaly at the BP cash counter for her exceptional service. When there was a slight hiccup at the petrol pump, she handled it with grace, using the mic to update everyone and making the wait enjoyable!. Her warm greeting and friendly conversation at the cash point turned my stressful day into a happy day. Her positive character and excellent customer service skills are truly commendable. I hope all BP staff can follow her example. Thank you BP!

Useless staff, can't even recognise Scottish notes and refuses to take it. Even when she asked another staff, he tells her not to accept it. Completely illegal act towards a member of public which is reported to relevant bodies. Also never seem to get my points registered on my bp card after scanning it, I'm sure the staff is not even trained about how or when to scan the club cards, therefore, I keep missing out on points. AVOID this station at all cost!!!

Vacuum didn't work , car wash was not good at all , had to clean my license plate and bumper after , was still as dirty as when I entered , not impressed at all

Very unprofessional and they trick you.Will say 5p off every leter on coffee when. When you go to pay they will ask you buy one more thing from a very small selection to get the discount. Eventually you will be paying more for nothing. I would go to proper coffee shop and maybe use a different petrol station.Think

I had a great time eating delicious food at this place. The staffs were committed to great service and were very friendly. Most importantly the atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have different choices of food and coffee. This is a great place to fill up your tank and have a good short break.

Called in for a coffee but both machines are "cleaning" at the same time. Why?
The guy that served me hid a £20 note under the counter and tried to get another one out of me! Unbelievably unsubtle...beware!
Terrible always got long cues the staff work like there on sleeping pills​ and very expensive 😣
They stopped LPG , other service are not too bad.
