Good bargains and choices between fried, spicy, peri peri and bbq chicken. The peri peri fries are very nice. The owner is friendly and he was so nice to swap my bbq wings with the other wings.

The owner need to teach the staffs to basis’ things to serve the customer. Here in the UK need to serve first come first serve! not by the people colours. It’s happened to me twice. No more visit anymore…. Dissatisfied!!!!?????

Despite having visited the shop sveral times in the past, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality and poor service I received on my most recent visit on 10th February 2023 at 2:30pm.In the past, the restaurant was run by a different owner under the name All Star Grill, and I used to enjoy their chicken and chips. However, since it was sold and became Chicken World, the quality has significantly decreased. Additionally, the staff members, who were Sri Lankans with limited English proficiency, were unprofessional and rude during my visit.I was shocked to find the poor quality of food and the uncleanliness of the staff, which posed a potential health risk to myself and other customers. The chicken lacked flavour and the chips were greasy and unappetizing, and the oil used for frying was of poor quality, which resulted in stomach discomfort which indicates they do not change the oil as many times as required by the Sutton council's Food hygiene & safety standards. When I brought my concerns to the staff's attention, I was met with hostility and argument, rather than a willingness to resolve the issue.I strongly believe that it is unacceptable for a local chicken and chips shop to serve unhealthy and low-quality food and provide poor service to its customers. I encourage other customers to report them to Sutton council's Food hygiene & safety team to ensure that all customers are provided with the high-quality food and service they deserve.

Extremely rude counter staff member. Shouting rudely and aggressively at a parent who was with a kid. I felt sorry for the parent and kid. He was shouting at the parent saying the parent ordered something different to what was prepared, and the parent was confusing/ couldn’t speak properly. Yet the parent spoke perfect English and was polite, and the counter staff could barely speak English. No kids should see their parent spoken to so rudely especially when their parent wasn’t even in the wrong. Disgusting behaviour and service. I walked out without placing my order in sheer disgust. I could see the mistreated parent keeping his cool for his kids sake - was an awful sight but well done to the parent. At around 12.10pm today.

Food is great. Staff that answer the phone don’t understand what you are asking and give the wrong information. Ordered from their website and after it said ready to collect went to the store to find that the order was not ready. They make you pay a service charge for ordering through the website yet i still had to wait in store I would rather have given ubereats that money then have them take it for a service they did not provide
