COSTA COFFEE CARSHALTONThe attitude of the manager in this branch was absolutely disgusting. I am doing my part by helping others less fortunate than myself by getting involved in the too good to go scheme. The bag was not ready at the allocated time. The other staff seemed slightly confused so sought assistance from the manager. She came marching out and threw 3 items in a bag then demanded to see the code to prove I had paid. The food provide was of poor quality at best. But what I was shocked at was the attitude of the store manager. I found this individual to be intimidating and very disrespectful. She definitely requires some serious customer service training. Needless to say, I will never be visiting this store again and would not recommend it.
Never had a bad drink from here, often drinks can be variable in quality for some reason, not from here. Nice staff, friendly, and a clean
