I recently visited Costa Coffee in Chiswick and it was a very pleasant experience. The coffee was top-notch, rich in flavour and just the right temperature. The staff were friendly and served with a smile, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The venue was clean and inviting, making it a nice spot for a coffee break. I've given four stars because the wait time was a bit longer than expected during a busy afternoon. Nonetheless, it's a solid choice for coffee lovers in the area.

Good personnel. Not the newly hired. The experienced ones .The shop smells a specific smell and I don't like it.I left by mistake my umbrella when they were closing at six , I returned next day to get it back and it was stolen.Very noisy placeThey close at six and start to fix the place at 4:30 . You feel unwelcomed and not enjoying your coffee because they make noise and clean .

The worst service of all costa bars I've been to. Twice I bought coffee for colleagues at work and both times I didn't get what I ordered. The staff can't remember the 5 coffees I dictate to them, so they just have to make them and they can't even do that. I won't be coming to costa coffee on Chiswick again.

The store manager MARIA, was extremely rude. She should not be in that position. My chicken sandwich was cold. I complained to the lady who served me who was very apologetic and immediately offered to get me another hot one. Maria turned up and proceeded to reheat the sandwich I was initially served picking it up with her bare hands! I objected and she threw the sandwich in the bin and walked away! Very rude! I had to demand for a refund at that point. Will certainly not visit again...at least not while she's still the manager! Most horrible Costa experience!

I took my nieces and nephew for a treat after school. Had some lovely hot chocolates and snacks. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Gena. Will definitely come back with the kids :)
