The women here are so rude I came in with a code from O2 priority for a free breakfast roll which is defined on their website as ‘tasty combo of oven baked bacon and pork sausages’ and the code was specially for a breakfast roll. The lady gives me a dirty look when I scan my code then asks me what type I say a normal one she says ‘so you don’t want any ingredients what is a normal roll’ me ‘one with bacon and sausage’ she was clearly in a mood because she said ‘with that code it can only be bacon or sausage’ erm actually no because I’ve come every week and always gotten a breakfast roll with sausage and bacon and secondly in the voucher code it clearly says breakfast roll not bacon or sausage and has a picture of a roll with bacon and sausage. There was a queue so I just said bacon but staff are temperamental and not happy which makes for a hostile environment. Go because of convenience not the atmosphere

The staffs are friendly/accomodating.I asked them if they can make me ham & egg salad rolls. And wait time is only 1-2mins. They said yes. It feels good that after 20mins of bus travel my time didnt go to waste.*the internet connection is weak* so contactless may or may not workNeed to make sure you bring physical card as backup.In case you dont have any physical card. Just download the greggs app and do click and collect.
