They open really early so I stop on my way to work for a hot chocolate and a cheese salad. Not really happy to pay 30p for a squirt of cream. Also they offer a paper bag but then charge 5p.
Sometimes the pastries can be cold, so I generally ask if I can wait for hot pastries. Also they don't do plain jam doughnuts...its apple and jam which did not sound appealing at all!

The staffs are friendly/accomodating.I asked them if they can make me ham & egg salad rolls. And wait time is only 1-2mins. They said yes.
