Decided on a quick bite, it was raining so wanted something warm. Was not impressed. Ordering was slow even though the site was not busy, the tables were not clean, they were free of trays but not clean. Went to the bathroom, water all over the floor, no hand soap in the dispenser and no toilet roll in the toilet. Told the guy behind the counter and he said there was some sort of leak, fair enough, but how does that stop you from filling up the hand soap or replacing the toilet roll?. Food came out after 15 minutes? Have never waited that long for a KFC, it was hot and quite greasy but good. The corn on the cob looked like it was decomposing, no snap or pop, just a yellow slimy texture, did not eat it. After the meal i went back to the bathroom, no change, still no toilet paper or hand soap, will not be going there again.

We were delivered only half of our order and when I called the restaurant they told me that they did deliver everything and that I was wrong. I threatened to complain to their head office and/or the Citizens Advice Bureau. After I said that they immediately hung up on me. They refused to give me a refund and refused to deliver our missing food. I shall be taking this matter further.

don't serve here ..it's full of mess ..dirty tables ..places where hot food is kept very dirty… the bathroom you say it's after the war… the manager with a dirty T-shirt up to his head… the place where you pay full of mess ..something you don't even see it on TV ..consumer protection must intervene here .. !!!

Only halal kfc near my house and unfortunately the worst kfc that I have ever had. I always get the wrong order. Order is always cold and soggy. Today once again, I received the wrong order with a bit of a surprise hair inside my burger . Completely ruined my appetite. It’s just Ridiculous. Waste of time , money and energy. No point of even calling the store to complain . There hasn’t been even a tiny bit of improvement, after all this complaints. Also Worst customer service ever. They got 10/10 orders wrong, so I’m gonna make this a last time that I have had food from this store. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even to my worst enemy. It’s surprising that this store still operates.

Take away was 3 to 5 times quicker and the order was totally wrong. The 2 stars are ONLY for the taste.\\n\\nP.S. We had to ask staff to take our order as they were busy chit-chatting. I'm sorry about it as it used to be top notch...

Extremely rude customer service. The lady at the drive thru was being extremely rude because I didn't state my order properly. I asked for her name because I couldn't see her name tag, but according to her she's not allowed to give her name out. Not sure where she thinks she's working, but this is a public food space. You have name tags for a reason! I eventually found out her name from another staff member, and tried calling the branch but no one ever picks up. Also, the quality of the food was terrible. Would not recommend visiting this branch at all.

I went through the drive in and the 2 people in front of me had their orders given to them incorrectly. Then I was given half my order and was waiting for the other half only to realise I wasn't getting the other half so I made a complaint to which I was just stared at by one of the employees. Eventually I got the rest of the order and asked for extra sauce as compensation... I was refused... sauce. Not only that I noticed they have a slogan up on the wall saying to always serve customers with a smile.. didn't see a smile on any of their faces. Honestly, all the employees looked depressed. It makes me wonder if this is the employees fault or the employer. What I do know is I have been put off KFC and won't be going there again.

I usually go to this branch for kfc since it is the closest to me and on two occasions I have received bad experiences. The first occasion was through the drive through and I waited about 10 mins after I received my order and I waited to ask for salt and an extra straw, when I screamed and shouted to get the staffs attention, I got no response except for one staff member- a man laughing at me and walking off so I had to get out of the car to then get someone’s attention, to then be told “we don’t have salt and no sauces”, I was annoyed because at least the staff could’ve asked if I needed anything else. The second occasion I ordered inside rather than drive through. When I ordered the lady who served me was trying to multitask and make my order which was left in the same place for about 15 mins until another member of staff made the entire order from scratch after dealing with a big order. The lady who started my order however, just disappeared. There was also a lady picking at the chips behind the counter thinking no one can see. The chips were ready for CUSTOMERS yet she picked one up like she owns the place - who was the same lady who said they didn’t have any salt. This place can’t handle a fast pace environment and shouldn’t have certain people with a job if they’re picking at the food which is unhygienic. Multiple occasions when I have ordered from here I don’t always get what I ask so I have to complain. I have not once had an order complete without having to complain. Ridiculous.

This is a fast food place. They have drive through and also dine in. We went to the drive in. If you want a quick meal then their chicken is good they also do a vegetarian burger so the option is there. They do family buckets\\nAs well as other deals. I always ask for a breast piece in my choice which they always give me. Good for a quick meal

It was around 00:10am (they’re closing at 1am), I arrived and start checking the menu, I directly have been asked what did I want to order, Kassin, who was the person that has took my order, was extremely rude and unprofessional, I could barely understand what he was saying as he was simply looking for getting rid of me as fast as he could, I asked if they were in a rush as I could barely think of what I wanted for me (I never go to KFC and I found it on my way to the underground) Kassin (or Kessin) told me « Yes we are, it’s super busy right now » when all the screens of orders were empty and I was alone in the restaurant… I really felt unwelcome and pushed out of the place just because they wanted to close, clearly. (I checked on Uber Eat and the delivery service wasn’t even available) that’s to show you how not busy at all they were… Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this person nor this restaurant as my food had barely some taste due to be in the oven for so long probably… 3 burgers, chips and a box of 3pc chickens, I barely had time to paid that it was already ready on the corner of the counter for me. LOL Never again.

I places online order through just eat. Food was delivered in time but there was one meal missing but it was labelled that all items were checked. Most of the chicken were either over cooked and dry or burnt. Burgers didn’t have any lettuce or mayonnaise. Portions sizes were very small as you can count 7-10 chips in a portion. As during Coronavirus, prices has already gone high and portions are small but this quality of food is embarrassing and disgrace to KFC brand. On top of that no one picked the phone to discuss mistakes in their order. They charged me for 4 chicken burger meals and delivered 3. I have complained to just eat but no response and not sure is there anything I can do for compensation apart from advise others not to buy food from them. I hope authorities take action against them.

I read the reviews and expected the worst however I was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the food (I realise it's a chain and relatively standard food). It was late on a Saturday night and although a small queue it moved quickly and I received a very friendly reception.

Worst Takeaway I've had this year without doubt..... got a fillet burger box meal on delivery from my local branch in Colindale, upon delivery to which the branch is only 5mins from my house, the food was literally stone cold, the chips were inedible and brown! The piece of chicken that came with it as a side also, was tiny and dry as sand (which I had to give to my dog!) The chicken in the burger was flat and also dark brown! And the corn which was also a side, was the only item i could eat, complete waste of money, and was left hungry! I am really annoyed, food standards need to visit this branch of KFC, and as a Valued member of Trip Advisor, I strongly recommend you do not eat in this place! COMPLETE RUBBISH!!

We ordered the 10 piece family bucket for take away and despite asking for no drum sticks when we got home discovered that they had thrown in 2 piece at the bottom of the bucket. No a problem if the chicken pieces we not so oily and soggy. Also they were way to salty... !!! I’ve eaten at this place before since it really close to our house but the last time was last year and I think the management has changed hands cause it wasn’t KFC standards ... not likely to be going back anytime soon .. very disappointing
