Decided on a quick bite, it was raining so wanted something warm. Was not impressed. Ordering was slow even though the site was not busy, the tables were not clean, they were free of trays but not clean. Went to the bathroom, water all over the floor, no hand soap in the dispenser and no toilet roll in the toilet. Take away was 3 to 5 times quicker and the order was totally wrong. The 2 stars are ONLY for the taste.\\n\\nP.S. We had to ask staff to take our order as they were busy chit-chatting. I'm sorry about it as it used to be top notch...
I usually go to this branch for kfc since it is the closest to me and on two occasions I have received bad experiences. The first occasion was through the drive through and I waited about 10 mins after I received my order and I waited to ask for salt and an extra straw, when I screamed and shouted to get the staffs attention, I got no response except for one staff member- a man laughing at me and walking off so I had to get out of the car to then get someone’s attention, to...read full review
