The car park is the biggest problem. I felt unsafe for parking here. There are many homeless people live in the park lots. As a result, they are occupying large amounts of parking spaces.

Homeless people in the parking, I stepped in human excrement and had to throw my shoes away. Mass cleanup required for your parking. I will be writing a formal complaint shortly.

Very neat and tidy store. Specially the fruit and vegetable section is always tidy. Very hard working staff. Specially a staff apparently named wise from fruit and vegetable department always makes it full and tidy and is so knowledgeable and knows how to deal with customers professionally

Sneakily changed free parking hours from 3 hours to 2 hours, and the car park is so dark you can barely read the signs. Never going back there again.

I felt very unsafe going in and out of the car park. The homeless situation is terrible, almost like America. A man was eyeing me up whilst walking pass me. Won't be coming back here again

There's sadly a homeless problem with people staying in the car park. I raised this with the store months ago, it wasn't resolved. It still persists and now when you enter the store there is a strong smell of urine wafting in from the car park. I'm not sure what planet people at this company were born on, but it's not up to the standards of the UK and it's reasonable to expect to not be exposed to this as a customer.Customer service's recent response on this matter is as follows. Zero ownership of the issue. The company simply don't care or want to know."Thank you for your reply. Please speak to the store manager instore, as any issues must now be raised with the stores management team itself, we are unable to assist with this from head office.Khizer"

Will not be going here again, received a "parking charge" from a private company that morissons bring in to manage the car park! Even brought it into the manager and they were not willing to help at all. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Latest visit. Terrible customer service up to manager level. Unwilling to help. They sold a roblox gift card to me that is defective and unable to scratch it. Showed it to them. No empathy and after I turn my back to them to re-purchase a gift card. The manager keeps talking behind my back and told her I can here them.

Good Morrisons store, the downside is the very poorly managed underground car park, which is filthy. Non elec car bays are all full of petrol cars.

Walking into the entrance, you just get the smell of engine fumes.Odd for colindale, usually it's the smell of weed.Okay as far as Morrisons go. Alot better than the rat infested Borehamwood branch. With miserable staff and no staff on the counters.

Terrible click and collect services. I brought gorceries and Collect on Morrison store at 28/10. The cheese is ALREADY expired (26/10) which the website mentioned 2 weeks life and the bread expired on the same day (28/10) which the website mentioned at lease 3 days life! Never use it again.

This is not a complaint to Morrisons themselves, but to Euro car parks who are sending out fines to people who are not aware that the three hour stay has been reduced to 2 hours. I have appealed and am waiting for feedback. In the time I’m waiting, that’s fine will go up even further and it’s not fair on those of us who receive these fines

The supermarket is pretty huge, and you can literally find anything that you need for your household and your daily basis needs. Displaces locate it really near to the Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall and you will have a free parking lot to shop for two hours. The place is pretty organised and it’s easier for you to locate anything that you need. The start is pretty friendly and it has a free bathroom to use. The price is pretty reasonable, compare Tesco Asda and all other supermarkets in the UK. I will definitely come back here again whenever I come to eat at Bang Bang. If there is access for those who are disabled and it’s easy to reach from the parking lot.
