Used New Kingston Jamaican Cuisine for a corporate function catering to \\u003e100 guests this week. Maxine and team were thoroughly professional throughout. Super-responsive to queries, easy to work with to create a custom menu and very reasonably priced. NKJC were able to accommodate several changes of program up to the day of the event and provided all the necessary insurance/RAMS /procedural docs needed for an office service. Servers were professional on the day and, above all, the food was delicious! Highly recommend

I ordered from this restaurant on their website on Monday. The order was accepted and a time for delivery given, my money was also debited. No order ever arrived, turns out the restaurant was closed, however I was never given a refund despite requesting one several times, the restaurant won't give one as they won't accept responsibility for orders taken on their website. The website is still accepting orders however I have been told the money will be taken but no food will be sent. Very unprofessional, I will not be using them again. P.S I have been fully ignored and blocked by the restaurant after years of supporting them.

Nice welcoming staff with a professional attitude. The food is tasty all round and although I eat meat, I tried their itol peas stew with plain rice on the weekend and it was delicious..therefore whether you are a metatarian or vegetarian you will not be disappointed.

Pre ordered food for a family get together. Lady was not helpful when I asked her to name some of the things on the menu. I went for the usual rice and peas, jerk chicken, curry goat, fried chicken, fried fish. The order was ready on time, service with a smile and helped to the car with the food. Very tasty food full of Jamaican flavours done just right. I got a menu so will be ordering again.

The best experience in NW9 hands down! Most tasty food ever with super speedy delivery! Portions are just right and the cole slaw is heavenly - reminds me of being back on the islands! My favorite take away for West Indian food ever! Thank you!

Disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Disgusting dodgy business of not taking unavailable items off their Just eat menu so they can call you to order something else for the money you paid. I ordered Hard Food and they sent some cheap white rice with 2 little bits of plantain instead and some bits of mac and cheese, like its someone's left over food dem send. Oxtails with ONE butter bean look pale and watery tasting >>AVOID!!

I’ve got take away from this restaurant many times and every time the food is good. My partner likes the Oxtail as it’s not spicy and I Love the jerk chicken. It tastes like it’s been on the BBQ and there’s plenty of gravy too (the most important for a northerner!). Home Delivery is quick too.
My wife and I ordered today for the first time and the food was Brilliant.\\nWe phoned ahead to collect and the service was friendly and efficient.\\nPiping Hot, great flavours all the dishes we ordered were delicious.\\nWill deffo be ordering again and be trying the Banana or the rum cake next time.
