We arrived for the Easter holidays, the best experience of the week. Quality ingredients, excellent service and a very cozy place. A hidden gem in the center of Coulsdon.Kid-friendliness: My child was very happy and ate a complete fish-shaped pizza.

Your response to my business partners review is astonishing. We liked the food and a good drop of wine. What we didn’t like was your service charge automatically added to our bill. We asked for it to be removed as the service was very poor. No glasses cleared, or plates-when we wanted coffee I had to practically get up to get your attention as you were very involved with something else (mobile?) to the detriment of the customer. You objected to the service charge being removed and said ‘ next time I will turn the lights off’. When you bought the bill to the table you already had the card machine in your hand. Any waiter worth his salt knows that is bad practice, the customer expects a chance to look at the bill. The amount including the service charge was already entered in the machine.Also noticed the credit card machine is not registered in your business name but Mark Bajraktani.Finally whoever I choose to have dinner with is my business and your comments are offensive.

Can't speak to service or atmosphere as I ordered delivery. got two calzones... and REALLY wish I'd ordered Chinese. It wasn't just burned black on top, it actually smelled burned. The filling was minimal, I think I saw a bit of sausage. At least it was still warm. Maybe I expected too much from living near Chicago in the past. I remember them being good, not a chore to choke down.
