Brilliant food. Tasty and generous starters, lovely steaks ( they serve all sorts of other stuff we never tried) and excellent desserts. The service was good and the price was fair. Surprised at how quiet it was. 4 full tables. Highly recommend

We have eaten at Mazu several times over the past year and the food and service is always great, not forgetting a good choice of cocktails. The fixed price Christmas dinner was the best I’ve had in a restaurant.

Don’t bother - even though the menu is basically identical to Galu this is where the likeness ends. Shoddy service and took ages - only 3 tables occupied. Food was OK but. O thing to write home about.

Have eaten here three times recently including as a group of 10 and I have to say the food is amazing! Freshly cooked, everything homemade and truly outstanding taste and flavours. I was previously put off booking as many people had said the restaurant was cash only but it is not and does take cards.

The restaurant is nicely decorated but a little draughty, maybe because we were seated near the front door. Service was well timed throughout the meal. Having a bottle of sparkling water being opened and poured for you would have been nice instead of having to open it and pour it yourself, also being asked if you want ice or serving it separately would be good as we were cold enough with the draft! The food is lovely and generous in portions. Our only criticism was the taramasalata was tasteless? The server did at the end ask if everything was okay but very quickly and you never get the chance to actually air your concerns. But all minor factors and as the rest of the food is so good we would definitely return and recommend
The steak and service were amazing! We were served by Keerthi who was really lovely. She provided a great service without being overbearing. We ordered off the set menu which is really reasonably priced.

Wonderful Greek food, delicious and great value. The Greek salad and chicken skewers were delicious. Restaurant wasn’t busy so we just walked in, based at the end of Coulsdon high st towards the Purley end of the high st.
