Has improved a lot in the past few months and is now well worth a visit. Good food and good service what more could you want.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The beer we ordered that was on tap was missing. We ordered a side from the menu which apparently you no longer make, but the staff outside the kitchen didn't know and it was still on the menu (mexican coleslaw or something). The veggies for the sizzlers were overdone. The haloumi strips were nice, as were the sauces. The ladies working were very apologetic and friendly though. The table was also sticky when we sat down, as well as the bar when we went to order/choose our drinks/pay.

Food and service was very good was asked when ordering if anyone eating had any allergies pleasant environmentWas let down by the pudding had a horse shoe shaped donut filled with tasteless ice cream donut was dry and the whipped cream was also tastelessSquirted cream out of tin not real cream and at £12+ for 2 was half the cost of our main meals but on a whole the meals are nice and good value puddings very limited not so good but don’t let that put you off would definitely go back

10 of us (including 3 children) visited, 11am on a sunday morning all looking for a cooked breakfast. Even though the menu had a limited breakfast offering, Mary & Ben were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely go here again.

The kids took me out to the Midday Sun for a family midweek birthday dinner. I was so impressed with the the service and food. Ashley and Anton served us and were both professional and attentive. The food is priced really well and the restaurant provided a great variety for adults and kids. Commpliments to chefs Markand Maria, who cooked all of our meals to perfection. I had the 12oz Steak which was cooked better than some high end town restaurants, the gammon cut like butter. The staff are really friendly and even sang me happy birthday. We will deff be returning and reccommend anyone who wants a warm friendly family dinner. Thank you guys for making my birthday meal lovely. Love it☺️Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessable and mobility friendly

Couples do not go here! Terrible food, chewy and tastes worse than a ready meal. Half the drinks menu doesn’t exist, because they “don’t have it”. The roast was chewy and bland. The burgers was chewy and bland too. Id argue the best food was the Heinz Mustard… Also look at the size of the onion! Why not just separate the onion instead of putting giant chunks in. All looks, no quality.

Excellent food and value for money, family friendly, but it can get busy and very noisy. The wait for food can be a bit off-putting but it's worth the wait, probably due to under staffing.

Food was absolutely rubbish, tasteless and expensive for what me and my mother had. Place has really gone down hill from back in the day.Hopefully people will acknowledge this review and make some changes. £25 for a burger and fishless wrap and two drinks.Jokers
